No registration is required in order to activate the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Mainline Parts Extended Warranty Program
Mainline is proud of the quality that goes into each one of its products, which is why we back the HVAC products with a 5-year parts limited warranty.
In addition, Mainline now offers a Parts Extended Warranty Program under which you can purchase a Mainline Parts
Extended Warranty Program Agreement that covers parts for an additional five years after
the end of the manufacturer’s parts limited warranty that comes with your product. Please note that labor costs and shipping fees are not included in the
Parts Extended Warranty Program Agreement coverage.
Single Unit: $30.00 plus applicable tax
System: $50.00 plus applicable tax

Coverage begins on the expiration of your Mainline parts limited warranty that comes with your eligible product.

Air Handlers: MLH1P, MLH1T, MLH1V, MLBHP, RF1P, RF1T, MLH1C, MLH2T
Gas Furnaces: ML92P, ML92T, ML95T, ML95P, ML96P, ML96T, ML96V, ML801T, ML801S, ML801P, ML802P, ML802V
Heat Pumps: MLP14, MLP15, MLP16
Compressors: MLA17, MLA16, MLA14, MLA13, MLP16, MLP15, MLP14. The Applicable Warranty Period is FIVE (5) Years after the Effective Date for compressors in all single and three-phase products installed in residential* (not commercial) applications.
Note: Please read the Mainline Parts Extended Warranty Program Agreement (the “Agreement”)
carefully before purchasing because it contains the terms and conditions regarding which failures or
malfunctions are covered by the Agreement, as well as other important terms and conditions. The Agreement
is provided by National Product Care Company; Service Saver, Incorporated; National Product Care Company
dba Texas National Product Care Company, Inc.; or ServicePlan, Inc., depending on the state.
Rheem Sales Company, Inc. is the exclusive seller of the Agreement.
Rheem Sales Company, Inc. only sells the Agreement to you and is not obligated or bound to perform any of the
obligations under the Agreement. The price of the Agreement does not include any applicable taxes; any applicable
taxes will be added to the amount due and payable by you. Chase Paymentech is the company that processes your
credit card payment for the Agreement and such processing is done through Chase Paymentech’s systems.
